Check in instructions were delivered as described as well allowing us early 2pm check-in. Our mistake for checking in with code a little before 2pm. We'd give it all 5 stars except the towel rack in the bathroom and the living room fireplace were broken and we couldn't figure out how to use the living room TV but the one in the bedroom was fine.
