« Toilet was not even attached to the floor and the shower was so gross that we didn’t use it »

« My friend and I came up to see a show at The Caverns. We spent two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room had lots of space and was very clean. I'd definitely stay again. »

« The front desk person was very nice. The room in the hotel seemed to be clean. However, the room had a very strong smell when you walked in and it smelt like urine. I don’t know where the smell was coming from but it was strong. It’s a decent hotel. It’s just older and you can see they keep it clean, but there are no modern amenities. »

« This is not the first time I've stayed here and was slightly disappointed. The room was clean however there was a rack for 2 rolls of toilet paper. One only had a few sheets and the other about a half a roll. Went to a event and got back about 8 pm. Room was straight, cleaned and bed made. This time no toilet paper. Had to get dressed and go back to the lobby. »

« The staff was extraordinarily warm, hospitable, and helpful. It was an ideal stay experience and the only issue we encountered was a door that stuck a bit- and that was scheduled for maintenance. »

« Personnel accueillant Espace déjeuner franchement décevant. Trois petites tables pour tout l'hôtel. Le choix de nourriture très limité. Espace de conditionnement incroyable... Il y a un vrai gym à côté et une entente pour les clients de l'hôtel. »

« Bon petit motel pour une étape à mi chemin entre Atlanta et Nashville si l'avion de Paris arrive à 14h00. Restaurant mexicain en face ou nous sommes parfaitement accueillis. À 15 mn de la distillerie Jack Daniels pour la première visite du lendemain, d'ailleurs ne pas hésiter à s'attarder dans l'historic village d'a côté. »

« Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything! »

« Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy. There was not enough towels in the room. Roll of toilet paper was almost empty, no Kleenex. Would never stay again or recommend this hotel to...

« The AC was great, parking was ample. The structure and the room were a little shabby and in need of some repair/maintenance work, but sufficient for our one night stay. The tub was odd, it was very slippery and seemed very narrow, had to be very careful not to slip. For the price I would visit again for a short stay. »
