« Fantastic staff. Great room with decor. Very comfortable bed. Only let down by a very dirty, previously used toilet brush. Didn't get to try their food from their main menu as my partner was being very fussy and wanted pie and mash or sausages and mash and it wasn't an option on menu, but the breakfast was delicious. »

« Well kept pub with separate accommodation block. The room was large, comfortable, exceptionally clean and in really good repair. The pub itself is also very pleasant, with a good menu and choice of beer. The whole experience made better by the very friendly, helpful staff. »

« Beautiful room with a lovely roll top bath in the annex building. Plenty of parking, friendly & helpful staff. Good cooked to order breakfast (extra charge). Have the option to use the living room in the main house in the evening. 10/10 would love to stay here again! »

« The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. The tasty breakfasts were cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. There was a small but pleasant garden with suitable seating areas. The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly. « L'hôtel est juste en face de la gare, ce qui est pratique. Le personnel est très gentil, et le pub/resto de l'hôtel est refait à neuf et relativement bien. Cependant, l'hôtel en lui-même est bien décevant. Nous avions une chambre pour deux avec salle de bain privative, une pour deux sans, et une chambre individuelle. Dans la salle de bain privative, la chasse des toilettes ne marchait pas toujours. La chambre individuelle côté rivière est une vrai cocotte minute. Le tuyau d'eau chaude...

« Lovely place to stay, just outside of Sudbury town centre. Room was cosy, bed lovely and comfortable with a great shower. Owners were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were great and tasty. It's not walking distance to any evening food options, so you will need a car if staying there, but Sudbury is only 10 minutes away. »

« Nous avons du réserver cet hôtel car notre vol a été annulé. Stan et sa femme son très gentils, Avec un grand coeur, et à l’écoute, nous avons super bien était accueilli. Leurs maison est vraiment très belle. La chambre très grande. Le lit super confortable, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut, café, thé, frigo, télé sèche-cheveux. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et super bon. Je recommence vraiment cet endroit. »

« Très belle maison typique Anglaise à 2 pas de la plage. Un accueil exceptionnel : Kirk a été chaleureux envers les enfants, nous a prêté des jouets de plages, nous a donné des conseils de visites pour la suite de notre séjour... La maison a été rénovée récemment et est très bien entretenue, le petit déjeuner aussi mérite son commentaire tellement il est bon et copieux. »
