„This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. „Die Unterkunft als Bed and Breakfest hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, das Frühstück recht gut. Allerdings isi das Limes nicht einfach zu finden, wenn man mit dem Taxi kommt. Der Ort ist typisch englisch, das Innenstädtchen trubelig, enge Strassen und viel Verkehr, aber gute Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen am Ufer des Backwater.“

„We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views ...
