« Personnel très accueillant. Chambre très propre et bien aménagée un plus pour la machine à café Keurig. Un déjeuner très satisfaisant avec un autre plus des brioches à la cannelle. La seule chose que l’on pourrait ajouter serait des contenant à recycler. »

« The lady that prepares breakfast starts early for construction workers like me so that we get breakfast before we leave. Best Western should review their hours of operation so that breakfast can officially start early. They should also recognize that lady for seeing a problem and fixing it. »

« Staff was good, directions to buildings could have been better and put on the property map as it is confusing. Room was very clean but in need of some updates: 1. bedroom wall under TV had a ton of scuff marks 2. Ceiling tiles in bathroom had water damage and could have been replaced 3. (1) wash cloth for (2) people for a (2) night stay (could have used a few more towels) 4. Could have used a box of tissues in the room and an extra bar of soap the soap was so small it barley lasted for hand...

« The Bella Victoria was quite possibly the best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Over three nights, I enjoyed a delicious variety of breakfast options (which the host was kind enough to adapt to my partner’s celiac disease), easy access to Jim Thorpe’s shopping & dining, and a couple of insanely welcoming & accommodating hosts who quite literally helped me dig my car out of a snowstorm. If you’re looking to stay in Jim Thorpe, there is literally no better option. 10/10 would recommend, would stay...

« Hôtel historique (19ème siècle) au centre de la petite et typique ville de Jim Thorpe. Chambre (Deluxe King) vaste, propre plutôt bien équipée avec SdB séparée avec baignoire. La chambre donnait sur la rue donc assez bruyante... même la nuit (passage des éboueurs, traffic tôt le matin). Accueil un peu réservé mais les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont sympas! Le pub attenant est très sympa et nous avons bénéficié par l'hôtel d'un bon pour un PdJ américain à 7$. »

« Le seul hick c’est que notre chambre en était une communicante avec des inconnus et même la porte fermée la communication était très bonne! Aucune insonorisation. J’ai due laisser la télé jouer presque toute la nuit pour oublier les kids ds la chambre à côté. »
