„Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. “

„Lovely hut, with a peaceful and cosy atmosphere. We stayed here for a couple of nights for the end part of our road trip, whilst visiting around cities and towns, it was great, it was nice and secluded too. “

„Very nice location for exploring Oxfordshire. Typical English country hotel with good breakfast options and clean spacious rooms. Beware of the extra charge of 30 pounds per night for an extra bed. „An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter. The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them. We will certainly return.“

„Nice little Hotel “

„Sehr nettes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant.“

„Communal areas excellent but rooms a little tired, especially bathroom which needs some tlc. Staff excellent. Dogs allowed and well received.“

„Sehr gutes Essen, sehr komfortable Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal“

„Good dinner and wine list, great breakfast offerings, room spacious and nice views…. Charming country hotel. Would stay again“

„Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Alles sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen.“

„Needed a last minute stay and found an absolute gem with this place. It has just been taken over and they have made a great job of the renovation. Spotlessly clean. Really comfy bed and great shower. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Nice and quiet on a night even though it faces the main road. Two minutes walk to pubs and restaurants. Fantastic overnight stay. Would 100% recommend. Good luck to the new owners.“
