« Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. Everything was as described - we even were welcomed by homemade brownies. Jim and his pup were super friendly and kind. Falling asleep surrounded by woods is a peace like none other. »

« This cabin is super clean and stock full of amenities. The surrounding is very private, quiet, and full of beautiful trees. You can hear the birds singing all day long. The hosts are very friendly. They come and clean the compost toilet every day. We had a lovely stay during the 4th of July and can't wait for the next visit. »

« Very clean and comfortable stay. It was tight with five people and luggage but we knew that going in and it was fine for a one-night stay. One pull-out couch was ok, the other quite uncomfortable. For those looking for a longer stay, the cabin would be perfect for a couple or small family. Dowtown Talkeetna was less than a 5 minute drive but also walkable. The immediate neighborhood had some run-down properties but didn’t feel unsafe. Communication with the hosts was very good. »

« We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath rental in Healy. It’s part of a house, not a standalone unit, but it felt very private and peaceful. The location was ideal, it's just a short drive to Denali National Park and only minutes from 49th State Brewing, where we had dinner both nights. A highlight of our stay was being visited by two moose each morning right outside the window. An unforgettable Alaska experience! We’d absolutely recommend this...
