With four separate bedrooms, guests have plenty of space to spread out, unpack and settle in. Two full bathrooms make mornings and evenings more convenient for larger groups, whether you`re visiting for a family getaway, a weekend with friends, a university event or an extended stay.

One of our favorite features of the home is the backyard. Step outside and enjoy a peaceful setting with the river running behind the property. It’s a wonderful spot to slow down, enjoy the fresh air and take in the natural surroundings. Guests who enjoy being outdoors can also take advantage of opportunities for walking and exploring the area.

You’ll be conveniently located near Downtown Denton and the historic Denton Square, where you can spend the day exploring locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bars and live music venues. Denton is especially known for its arts and music scene, so there’s usually something interesting happening around town.

The home is also convenient for guests visiting the University of North Texas (UNT) or Texas Woman’s University (TWU).
