« The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. »

Woke at 4 a.m. to get to the airport and found a $18 ticket on my windshield for overnight parking. Not once did anyone at the hotel mention that guests are expected to pay for parking. Never again. »
