Parking: Paid on-site parking is extremely limited and must be requested and confirmed by us before arrival(£3 per night). A request does not guarantee a parking space. Please do not park on site, even temporarily for check-in, unless we have confirmed your vehicle registration in advance, as parking fines may be issued. Alternative paid parking is available off-premises.

Guests have sole access to the apartment, and can also make use of the on site co-working space and restaurant.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.



Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.



For security reasons:



· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
