„We had a rather mixed experience at Wenns Chop & Ale House. While the location was great and the restaurant offered some great options, the room left much to be desired. The disappointment began when we entered our room. What we have booked was advertised as a deluxe apartment on Hotels.com. „Lovely country pub tastefully decorated with Lotus pictures, the self contain single story rooms are spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was great, sadly we didn’t get to sample the evening restaurant food, as I’m sure that would have been great too. At check in we had a friendly welcome from Janet who along with the rest of the staff that we meet were wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in this area. “

„Having recently got a second dog we wanted to trial a dog friendly hotel and see how well they behaved and how well we coped. We were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved both dogs were. We were very happy with the hotel staff who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach access. „Appartment sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, allerdings sehr schwer zugänglich -> Koffer durch extrem engen Stiegenaufgang tragen schwierig. Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder od gebrechliche Menschen. Anlage gut gepflegt. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man ein Auto hat, sonst weit entfernt von allem. Taxis sollte man mind. eine halbe Stunde vorbestellen. “
