„Wir waren eine 13 köpfige Gruppe und haben das gesamte Objekt gemietet. Am Haus gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist alles sauber und alle Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in gutem Zustand. Auch sind Nadia und ihr Mann sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was uns aber weniger gefallen hat ist, dass täglich die Vermieter unangekündigt auf das gemietete Gelände kamen. Wir fühlten uns beobachtet. Das das Poolwasser getestet und kontrolliert wird ist ja gut, aber das der Vermieter unter Tags ...

„We stayed at Villa del Verde in July 2022 and really enjoyed it there. The house is very modern and comfortable, just as shown in the pictures. The view is just amazing and the garden with the olive trees is magnificent. Thanks to the shade of the olive tree by the pool, you can enjoy your time at the pool even when it is hot. „Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. „Wir hatten einen traumhaften Sommerurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen und 13 Kindern/Jugendlichen in Guidos Ferienhaus „Eleonore“. Wir haben den Aufenthalt am großzügigen und sauberen Pool genossen, gemeinsam gekocht und draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen. Billard und Tischtennis wurden gerne genutzt und die Schlafzimmer waren alle individuell und gemütlich. Am ersten Tag gab es Probleme mit einem Bett, sowie einem kaputten Toilettendeckel. „Die sehr schöne Villa liegt auf einer Anhöhe in ruhiger Alleinlage. Wir waren mit 2 Familien (jeweils 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in der Villa untergebracht. Die Villa war dafür perfekt aufgeteilt, so dass jeder seinen Rückzugsbereich hatte. Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt und bietet einen herrlichen Rundumblick auf die Landschaft Umbriens und auf das schöne mittelalterliche Städtchen Todi.
