This is a 1 bedroom apartment within a large house near the Drake campus. Large bedroom with a very comfy bed. My son slept on the sofa and said it was comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are quite small. Overall, works well for a 1 night stay.

Nice property in a central location. Ryan, our host, was very kind and helpful, he provided our check-in instructions on time and replied very quickly when we needed his help during the stay. Some small improvement can be done to the kitchen to make it even better. I can recommend the property for any traveler coming to Des Moines.

Great location! Safe and secure unit.Close to parks, University, dinning, shopping. Loved the charm of unit had everything I needed. Host was fantastic and always responded to me immediately. Beautiful neighborhood to be in during the fall. Thanks for sharing your space! Definitely would recommend to fellow travelers.

Great little property in a great location! Space is small but thoughtful. The sheets and towels were soft and comfortable. If you like big super fluffy pillows you will be all set. The bathroom is small (like sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time small) and the drain is SLOW. The driveway is broken up so you’ll be carrying your suitcase to the two flights of stairs. The apartment does have window AC units and fans in the closet so if you keep the door closed you can make the room cold which is a plus. The apartment also comes with small details that make all the difference, for instance, there were spices, aluminum foil and baggies. The fridge is roomy and has a freezer. The space also includes a tea kettle and a Keurig so your morning caffeine shouldn’t be a problem. Interestingly, there are spoons and knives but bring some forks. All in all, a nice, thoughtful spot with great hosts!
