„We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back! “

„Tres Amigos is ideally located near Maria's, Dogman's, Steps, Domes, and so many other great surf spots. We enjoyed walking to Calypso's for dinner and drinks. The front deck is awesome for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The house has AC but we didn't need it with the cool breezes and ceiling fans.“

„We had such a wonderful time. The house was big enough to accommodate my family of five comfortably. We love that it's right on the beach and so private. That porch is absolutely amazing! The only surprise we had was that there is no oven in the kitchen so we had to change plans on a dinner but not a big deal. I did look back on the listing and it doesn't list an oven as one of the kitchen amenities so that was my fault. “
