The Space:

While cozy at 616 sq ft, our home feels bright and welcoming. Every inch has been designed for your comfort and enjoyment.



LIVING AREA: Unwind on the plush, comfortable sofas after a day of fun and stream your favorite movies on the smart TV.



KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Start your morning right with our Nespresso machine before you hit the links!



BEDROOMS: Retreat to two serene bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed, fresh linens, and mirrored closets. Ceiling fans in both rooms ensure a cool and comfortable night's sleep.



BATHROOM:The beautifully remodeled bathroom features a modern vanity, stylish fixtures, and a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure, rain shower head, and handheld shower head.



CONVENIENCE: For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer.

THE FRONT PATIO: Your private entry courtyard features a lovely brick patio with a pergola, Adirondack chairs, and a comfy outdoor sofa. It's the perfect spot to soak up the morning sun.



THE BACK DECK: Step out onto the expansive, covered back deck—your private box seat overlooking the golf course! This incredible outdoor living space features:



• A comfortable lounge area with a sofa and chairs.

• A separate dining table for four, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

• A ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm afternoons.

• Unbeatable, panoramic views of the 5th hole and the majestic, rolling desert hills beyond.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the fully-fenced yard, the front courtyard, and the back deck.

Check-in is a breeze with our keyless smart lock.

You will also have access to all the fantastic Desert Aire community amenities, including the seasonal swimming pool*, tennis courts, and the boat launch on the magnificent Columbia River.



*if you'd like to use the community swimming pool, send me the names of your guests in advance. I will need to add them to my list of 'guests' at the pool admissions office. Cost is $4 per person, collected at the pool gate.



Other Things to Note:

There is no dishwasher.

Housekeeping is available to come clean for you during your stay, including doing dishes.

Extra bedding is in the drawers under the bed.
