« This is a fun place to stay. The room design gives you a condo feel vs hotel. Steps to the boardwalk and really good places to eat. Only negative was the water didn’t get very hot nor did it last long. Second shower won’t have much hot water. But excellent overall place to stay. »

There was no on site person to help so fortunately, the host did respond and provided adequate instructions quickly. The listing showed a coffeemaker in the unit, however there was not one in the room so I did have to request one from our host a few times. They did provide one our first morning which we greatly appreciated! The mini fridge and microwave was so convenient and everything was very clean!...

« The handle in the shower is broken and would fall off every time we used it. Which was a minor inconvenience. There were not any blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. This would have been much appreciated as we had to purchase a blanket to accommodate our needs. Although these are downfalls, they are not things that would prevent us from having a good experience, until…. We found cockroaches in the sofa bed! This is completely unacceptable! « Cute little room! We enjoyed the location, close to pool & hot tub. Room is on the smaller size for a big family but perfect for a long weekend get away for a couple. Easy check in & out process!! »

« Easy check in, great communication prior and throughout, unit was very clean. We’ve stayed at The Summit several times but this was by far our favorite unit. Great ocean views and very well appointed. Bookmarking for our next trip! »
