Wonderful Place

We loved our stay here. It was perfect having the beach right across the street. I thought the street would be really busy, but it wasn't. There is a restaurant right across the street, too. The view from the top balcony was perfect! I loved sitting and relaxing here. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and towels available for us to use was perfect. This way we didn't have to spend money renting them. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Sand Pebbles! Stan was easy to work with, clearly cared that we had an enjoyable experience, and was extremely prompt in responding to messages! We had everything we needed and it was so nice not having to pack a wagon, towels, and chairs for the beach. It was a great location with only a short walk with small children. The master bed and shower were a dream! Our kids loved the trundle bed. Can't wait for a trip back next summer! Thank you!

Everything you need

Very nice condo, nothing fancy, clean, nice beds and linens. Owner is super nice. Nice big bowl of snacks and coffee. Bring salt and pepper. Couldn’t be much nearer to the beach. Pepitos Mexican and Thai Basil. We’re from Louisiana, hard to beat it

A little piece of heaven

We loved our stay, so much to do. The house is beautiful & the view from the upper deck is magnificent. It feels like home & has everything that is needed. Stan is a fabulous host and responds immediately with any questions.

Shocking and Disappointing

The Sandpebbles 3 location is terrific. However, brace yourself for a severe disappointment inside the townhouse. The furniture is stained and dirty, the kitchen stove and counters are disgusting, the door does not securely close, and it causes safety concerns. I could go on. The pictures are not current and must be from many years back, after much wear and tear. I have pictures of the conditions I found. The townhouse needs a significant refresh. The host is not the owner. Stan did not offer any remedy. We left the property within 30 minutes of arrival and stayed elsewhere. I asked for a 50% refund, which I didn't get, but I was refunded the 250 cleaning fee. I didn't cause the problem as it was dirty upon arrival. The cleaning refund is not sufficient. Just disappointing overall. The location is excellent it was disappointing that Stan didn't have the control to solve the problem as he is only the host and indicated the owner would not provide a partial refund. VRBO was of no help either—one of those situations where you can't trust what is advertised, unfortunately.

Location! Location! Location!

We stayed here February 25-March 5. The location of this property could not have been better. Uninstructed view of the beach and Gulf from lower and top deck. Within walking distance of one block to two restaurants. Very short drive to any grocery and other restaurants. We rented a golf cart for 1/2 day right down the street. We did not feel the need to rent a golf cart for a week because everything was so close to get to. Loved parking right at your front or back door. the condo had/supplied anything we needed. Stan is the best host ever. He returns any calls or text within minutes. We would definitly rent here again for any future trips back.

Wonderful time in Destin!

My husband & I had an enjoyable 2 weeks at Sand Pebbles! It is located directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin, Fl. Stan and his team were very kind & attentive to any questions we had regarding our stay.

Well managed property.

The condo was better than expected. Fantastic location. A very short walk to the beach and great views from the decks. The owners were fantastic. They provided great info on the area. Also checked in with emails/texts to make sure we had everything we need. I will rent from these owners again.

Beautiful view, across street from beach, relaxing family vacation!

The property has a fabulous Gulf view from directly across the street from the beach. Condo is nestled in beautiful surroundings of luxury homes and condos. It provides 4 chairs and an umbrella with straps and handles for easy carrying that all packs up easily. It's a very easy walk straight across the street, through the gate and down to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and then some including a stackable washer and dryer upstairs. The location is very nice and easily accessible by car to the mall, restaurants and stores. The property allowed our family dog so he got to come along. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Sand Pebbles 3 is a gem!

The house was nice but could use a little tlc. Light over sink didn’t work. Upstairs flooring was uneven and had a damaged spot entering the bathroom. Top of refrigerator was dirty. Large umbrella on upper deck was broken. But, I understand that rental properties always have small issues. Our biggest issue was with the late night noise. Golf carts constantly blowing horns,Harleys leaving the bar a block down the road.and booming car stereos are a constant annoyance. I don’t have a problem with any of these during the day, but at 2am,that is a problem when your bedroom is 100feet from the road. This is nothing that the property owner can fix. However, local police need to crack down on this noise after hours. In conclusion, it’s over all a very nice property and would be perfect with a few updates. If you are a night owl and enjoy a street party 100ft from your bedroom, then you will have a great time.

Perfect getaway, a short walk to private beach and food

Very nice location, short walk to the beach. Stan provided a basket of snacks the kids enjoyed & backpack chairs, umbrella and children’s beach toys. Coffee pot didn’t work but there was a kettle for back up. The breaker flipped after we turned on the lights,without us plugging anything in. we had a hard time getting that back online since it was hidden behind a giant mirror we were afraid to break and technically since my neck surgery I’m not supposed to lift more than 20lbs. The plugs and disposal in the kitchen never worked for us. Might just be a breaker /electrical issue needing updating. Said basic kitchen spices only had corn starch, cooking sprays and curry powder. Had an empty salt shaker-I bought more salt and filled the shaker for the next guests.Overall the space was clean had plenty of toiletries and the beds were amazing! Best sleep I’ve had in months! Would definetly come again and again an and again! Thanks for having us!

PERFECT, especially if flying

Great location, right on the beach! Property was very clean and well kept. It was especially nice that the owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so if you are flying in, you do not have to worry about any of those things. Plenty of other extras in this condo made our stay so convenient such as trash bags and detergent, we didn't have to go out and buy all of those things. The basket of goodies on the counter was especially nice!! We would definitely return to this condo!! Excellent host!

Wonderful beach stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sand Pebbles!!! Nice/clean condo with a nice view of the water. It is just a short walk across the street to the beach!! Stan provide lot of items you normally have to purchase and not use up on your trip, which is a nice extra touch! Will definitely contact Stan for our next beach vacation!

Awesome vacation

Very Relaxing Visit -Beachfront

Very relaxing visit to Destin. Stan was very responsive and unit was very clean and well equipped. Great location across from the beach (definitely enjoyed my daily walks and time on the beach). This was a working trip for me (my husband and dog got to really relax) . Best part was being to bring our dog along with us on our stay! Stan had beach chairs/cooler/etc. to make it very easy to enjoy this beachfront townhome.
