  • Ce condo au rez-de-chaussée situé directement sur les belles plages du Golfe du Mexique offre des vues panoramiques et votre propre patio afin que vous puissiez vous promener sur la plage de sable blanc! À 840 pieds carrés, vous apprécierez la 1 chambre à coucher, avec une alcôve couchette superposée et 2 salles de bains. Ce condo magnifique peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il dispose de carrelage et de tapis à travers le condo et un salon / salle à manger donnant sur votre patio et à quelques pas de la piscine. La cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec comptoirs en granit sera une joie de divertir. Ce condo a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. La chambre principale a un lit king et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Alors, venez vous détendre et profiter de ce condo au bord de la plage qui offre également une piscine chauffée côté plage, un jacuzzi et un barbecue à gaz

A week is never enough but very enjoyable when were here.Our room has been great each year. Just the right size and location. Could use a new mattress in the bedroom. In Chicago, we call those sink holes in the middle. Other than that, a great unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at Destin beach club since I was 9 years old. I’m now 34 and have an 9 year old. Our weather was awesome, the condo fit our needs. While eating dinner and playing games at the round table in the dining area, we couldn’t help but notice the glass top that was placed on the UNFLAT surface AND the rubber pieces that were placed under the table to try to level out the space between the glass and the table. Unfortunately while playing a game, science happened, two people on opposite sides of table leaned in, the glass shattered. It was late, so we waited and went to the front desk first thing in the morning. Maintenance was sent to our room and the glass pieces were removed. These was not caused by us-kids, anger, irresponsibility etc. this happened because the glass should have never been placed on the table. 2 weeks after returning home the front desk clerk called at 615 to tell me that we would be charged 250-500$ to replace glass that was a hazard. Little did I know my card was charged at 315pm. Not one time while we were there during the glass breaking incident did someone tell is we would be charged. The maintenance tech called and was so rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. He claimed he was in our room and spoke with us but he wasn’t. He argued for over 20 min with my husband. Explained the situation at length. Sad to say I will not be back.

Be prepared, there are not a lot of small amenities provided, so come with dish soap, extra towels, coffee and coffee filters. Even though it's advertised as having all the pots and pans you need to cook with, what they really mean is you can boil water and there are no lids for anything. Fortunately Walmart is just a mile away and you can get what you need.Overall, the room and grounds were clean, and the beach was wonderful. As long as you know that you'll be providing some of the small things (coffee filters/coffee/dish soap/shampoo/food containers and cooking gear) and to bring extra towels (they do charge for more), it should be a decent stay.

Gorgeous condo with perfect views!

Absolutely loved the condo and property as a whole and would stay there again. Only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is due to WiFi issues that were never resolved once we notified the front desk that we didn’t have WiFi. Resolution was to piggy back on another condo’s WiFi which made for slow connection. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Also note, TV isn’t a smart one and there is no DVD/Blue-Ray player. If you’re used to Netflix/Hulu/Movies, I highly suggest bringing your Apple TV box and or a cheap DVD player.
