Everything was OK, but just OK. A lot of rules which is fine, but the rules with the listing conflict with the rules of the building. For instance, the listing does not state that personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach but signs on the property state they are not allowed at all for liability reasons. This is an inconvenience as people pack things for their vacation based on what is communicated to them. Additionally, many signs state no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property but we were forced to experience the aroma of marajuana from morning coffee to after dinner while on the patio. Didn’t care for that.Washer and dryer don’t seem to work well. Wash/rinse cycles don’t rinse well and the dryer takes an extremely long time to dry.The beach is overtaken by the rental service chairs and umbrellas. Maybe that’s how things are now everywhere but we did not expect that. Yes there was technically beach space between rows of rental chairs but no space available without looking directly at the back of another row of chairs.
