This condo was absolutely wonderful. Had everything we need for our stay. This was our 1st time needing a 2 Bedroom and i would pick this one everytime. Very close to the Beach and the pool. Fully stocked kitchen nothing was missing. Thank you for offering a Beautiful condo.

Positives: The condo is in the perfect spot as you can sit on your deck and see the pool and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. You are also close to the fishing dock which my kids used daily. The king size bed is very comfy. Negatives: When we arrived the heat was on and there is a security code you must enter to change to AC. We suffered for a night in 80 degree heat. The full size and twin bed were hard as a rock and need an egg crate. One of the shower drains was clogged but service came and unclogged pretty quickly.

Main pool on resort was right outside backyard so made it conveneint for the kiddos. Close to all of the restaurant and stores so that was a plus. I must say it did get warmer at night in the condo so I’m glad I brought a fan and the shower other than that we ENJOYED our stay will definite be back!

The air doesn’t cool as well as it should. Especially if you cut the oven on it heats the place up fast. They did have box fans to try and help. Overall we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Loved being able to walk out back door to pool. Great location. The beds were so comfortable!

Nice, clean and convenient

This was a very clean and very nice place to stay. Very convenient to the beach and downtown Destin. The only knock I have is there are absolutely no essentials at the rental. There are no condiments, trash bags, kleenex, paper towels, or napkins. You get two dish detergents, white towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, and a couple bars of hand soap. You better bring/buy anything else you need. Everything else was great. Again, not a knock against this place, but expect to bring or buy anything you need as if it were a hotel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was incredible! Looks even better in person than in the photos. Everything was SPOTLESS! I was very impressed with the cleanliness as beach units can be hard to maintain. Pillows were fluffy, the bed was firm yet extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was inside the unit. 2 Beach chairs and umbrella are included with beach service and this was a big plus.The restaurant on the beach was GREAT! The beach is GORGEOUS and a very short walk over to it. A wood floor vacuum is also inside the unit and this was very helpful in keeping the sand down with kids in and out from the beach. They really thought of everything. The pool outside is just a stones through from the unit. Its close enough to get to quickly but not to close that the noise becomes a problem. I could watch the kids from the balcony if needed. The washer and dryer were also a welcomed addition. I would 100% stay in this unit again! I can't recommend it enough.In addition the check in process for us was very easy breezy. The staff was polite and helpful. Every morning I exchanged our towels and got additional trash bags. Very easy process. We had an issue with our door around 10 pm and security was there within 10mins and fixed the issue. Very impressed with the staff on this property!The only bad experience we had was with the on site resturant Louisiana Lagniappe. We were promptly seated. However after 21 mins no one arrived to take drink or appetizers orders. I watched all the tables surrounding us recieve service OVER AND OVER AND OVER. My kids were starving so I continued to wait like a complete fool only to continue to be ignored. We were the only brown family in the resturant and I have to be honest and say this felt VERY intentional. After 21 mins we left. I let the manager know on the way out just how disappointing the experience had been. We left and had a delicious dinner at Bubby Gump Shrimp. So bewarned if your brown that Louisiana Lagniappe will NOT be welcoming!

Will not be back at Sand Piper Cove!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures make this condo look good but it needs to be updated with furniture and kitchen dishes. The condo smelled moldy. There were no extra blankets in this condo besides the thin ones on the beds and we asked for some from laundry and they would not give us any. We had to call the office to get some. We have been staying at Sand Piper Cove for the last ten years or more during the summer and we will not be back. The management office was very unhelpful and rude every time we spoke to them. I do not know if they have new management but this place in definitely not the same. The outside of many condos falling apart, rust lines and needs to be updated. Some areas of the grounds are not taken care of. They have increased their prices but the place looks like it has been run down. Very disappointed to see this place go down. We have to find a new vacation spot.
