This split-level home features a thoughtfully designed bedroom layout that offers both privacy and flexibility. On the second floor, you’ll find the primary suite with a king bed, along with two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another with a triple bunk—perfect for kids or additional guests. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
