Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful. A few things would have helped. The kitchen could have used a pizza pan and some potholders. A couple of the bedroom lamps had broken switches. As we were traveling from Illinois, it would have been nice not to have to bring beach towels. The set-up of the laundry was a bit awkward in the bedroom. Thanks for the quick supply of a hairdryer! Property was quiet, everyone was friendly, beach service was excellent.

We really enjoyed our trip! Great location not as busy as some other complexes, never a long wait for elevators which was a huge plus! The couch definitely needs to be replaced but it was still comfy. Kitchen was nice open space and well stocked, check in was seamless! We definitely would look to stay here again!

ONLY STAY HERE IF YOU WANT UNEXPECTED COMPANY! My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. When we got there, the "owner", Bob, was there repairing a bathtub in the master bath. We were not notified prior that there was an issue. He left shortly after our arrival. Day 2 of our stay, there was a massive leak in the kitchen sink. Because it was after 7pm, we contacted the emergency number. The owner sent someone out to fix it. The repair men worked for the owner and that's when we found out that Bob is not the "owner", he is the owner's ex-fiancé. On Day 5, Bob let himself into the condo, unannounced, to "finish fixing the tub". We were at the beach and my daughter went back to the condo, in her bikini, to cool down. Bob was inside the kitchen! My wedding ring was in the bathroom, money in the master bedroom, and under garments were on the bed. I told Bob I didn't appreciate him letting himself in. What about the privacy? I asked Bob to leave but he refused, saying that was the only day the plumber could come. I told him we were notified that he was not the owner, he is her ex-fiancé. He then told me they were married and continued on. I called the property management company to report it. Bob was told to leave. I never heard from the owner of the property. We did not get an apology. We did not get any answers. Side note: The bathroom light bulbs were burned out and a burner on the stove didn't work. Save your money and rent elsewhere.

We had a great stay. Good view and location. Its a good unit but needs better maintenance. First thing was the not cured caulk around outside balcony doors. In one spot towards the bottom, it seems like they just put some and my 1 year old found it. Also seems like indoor caulk was used all around outside because all of the old caulk was it was all tacky. Also in master bathroom, wife used tub first night and then master bath was flooded and also traveled through other bathroom on other side of wall through bottom of sink cabinet which was not in good shape because of flooding. Some tiles on base of master tub are cracked and also grout missing and more silicone needed. Stopped using tub after first night. Some wider curtains for master bed doors to balcony would have been good for better privacy.

The view was more than the pictures showed, that alone made our trip amazing. We had the wrong gate code and it was advertised we would have some laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. We didn't have either so I would pack some.

Great condo choice!

We vacationed here for our son’s senior spring break. Me, my husband, our son, another boy and his parents plus 2 other boys. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms with 3 FULL bath! Having a washer and dryer was great. Access to the beach was perfect, literally right on the beach! Only complaint we had was seating. One couch, which was very worn and needs replaced, and 2 chairs. For a condo that sleeps 8-10. We think there’s space for a sectional or at least an additional couch. Not enough seating. Other than that note, it’s a perfect place for a group to stay and I’d stay there again.

Great stay

Just had a wonderful stay in Dustin. The unit is as described . We had no issues other than there were no skillets/cookware. Unable to reach the rental company to help with the problem , no return call from messages. I was able to buy some cheap ones at Walmart so it was no big deal. I’ve stayed in this unit multiple times over the years and would definitely stay again.

Great place - needs better curtains!

No complaints except for the main bedroom is never dark due to the excessive sunlight/moonlight that comes in through the windows because the curtains are far too small. Due to the constant light, the room never cools off. The curtains do not go up to the ceiling nor are they wide enough to close all the way. The living room curtains are the same, but we did not have anyone sleeping there. Other than that, zero complaints.

Pool was great! The building is dated, & there are updates needed many places. The unit (1820) was roomy & comfortable, but be aware that private properties do not have to comply with ADA requirements. There are some challenges for those with physical limitations (concave tub/showers; several short, steep steps from boardwalk to beach; tile edge entry to standing shower., limited space for a wheelchair).

The condo was simple and clean. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Not a good selection of pots and pans for cooking. Being on the 18th floor was amazing with a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. I recommend staying here and will again. The pool and other amenities were nice.

Overall a great stay, would love to see some minor tweaks.

Our family had an incredible stay at [Location Name]. The beachfront location is simply stunning. A short walk over the sand dunes, accessible by elevator, leads to a private beach oasis. Compared to the public beach, it’s a peaceful retreat well worth the extra cost. We enjoyed the flexibility of setting up our own space or renting chairs and umbrellas. Our three-bedroom condo on the 18th floor was perfect for our family of nine. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with each family having their own bathroom. The kitchen, while well-equipped, lacked essential items like a sharp knife and a colander, which we ended up purchasing. We cooked most meals in, so a more comprehensive set of cookware and dishes would be beneficial. The dishwasher struggled with soap pods, so we resorted to handwashing and using the dishwasher for sanitizing. The beds were comfortable, though a bit soft in the middle. The bathroom could use new shower curtain rings, a minor inconvenience we easily fixed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The pool and grill area were relaxing, although the hot tub was out of order during our visit. The grills were clean and easy to use, thanks to the direct propane connection. In summary, our vacation was fantastic. The beautiful beach, convenient amenities, and spotless grounds made it a memorable experience. We would recommend this place for your beach vacation!

The views were gorgeous! The beds were comfortable! The living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. When we first arrived we had trouble getting in the gate and had trouble getting in touch with someone to get the correct code. We eventually followed someone into the gate.

Great location and views but needs updating/cleaning

The location was great and the beach was amazing!! The condo itself needs updating. The living room furniture was falling apart and very old. The condo needs a deep cleaning as the floors turned your feet black. There was two seperate times when a worker walked into the condo without knocking or letting us know ahead they were stopping by. Didn't think that was appropriate to just walk in the condo unannounced! The views from the balcony were beautiful and watching the dolphins and stingrays swim was very cool!

Amazing view!!!

The owner must have been fixing up the place because there seemed to be some unfinished projects in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it was not a big deal at all. The location is great and it was the most beautiful view! The washing machine was smelly but that would be my only complaint. It was definitely worth the price for the view and location alone!
