We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! It was exactly as pictured online—beautifully decorated, very clean, and so comfortable. The location on the beach was amazing and made everything so convenient. From the outside it may seem unassuming, but the inside is gorgeous and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Truly a beautiful place in a perfect spot—we would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 13 was very happy as nd comfortable staying in this beach home. The space was fully utilized and every aspect of the amenities was spot on. Very thoughtful design and layout. Only potential drawback would be if you have issues with lots of stairs, this would be a challenge. Parking was a bit tight but manageable. Otherwise perfect.

Location!

Okay so I can’t say enough about the absurdly wonderful ability to walk out directly on the beach whenever you want to! No pack up, walk, cross streets, yell at your kids to stay close…and no going back because you always forget something. Is it pricey…yes…is it a brand new massive build that’s completely updated…no….is it perfect for a large family to have the time of their lives…absolutely! We had our family which consists of my wife and I plus our 4 kids and my parents. We had plenty of room and will stay here again for sure! loved it!!

Spring Break 2025

This was a fantastic property! The view and being able to walk out on the beach are amazing! We watched Dolphins come by every day, usually in the morning and the afternoon. The property is very clean and beautiful, you can tell it's very well taken care of. We were not able to check in at the time originally promised but they offered us a complimentary late check out, either way we were fine, things happen! We did not have any issues at the property, but I believe if we had they would have been addressed promptly. There was a lot of food places and stuff to do for our whole group, we had all ages, 13-97. We will definitely be back!!

Love this place

This is our fourth consecutive year staying in green reef 14, nineth overall since 2008. We absolutely love this place. Always clean and the property manager is outstanding. The renovations throughout the years has suited our growing family well The kitchen is well equipped and space has everything you need. The beach being private is major plus. Green reef 14 will continue to be our place of choice for our Destin family vacation for years to come.

White sands is absolutely the perfect family getaway! It is decorated so cute and truly makes you feel like you’re home away from home! SO much space and the best floor plan. The outside shower was a life savor. Short walk to multiple restaurants. Can’t wait to book our trip to come back next year… maybe even sooner!

Fabulous, roomy and professionally decorated beachfront townhouse.

Six college roommates gathered to celebrate their 70th birthdays. From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed by the space! It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and is well organized. We gathered on the lower deck for coffee each morning, had lunch on the upper deck and spent the afternoons on the beach, walking and sitting on the beach under the beach umbrellas and sun! We treasured our time together! It was a unanimous 5 star!

Must Stay Location With Private Beach!

This property is even better in person! There was plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of places to gather or have privacy if needed on our vacation. The house was decorated and the couches are the most comfortable couch we have ever sat on. Having your own private beach and chair setup daily was the cherry on top! I've been to Destin over 10 times and this was my favorite location to date!

Glorious Beach House

To have private beach access and the view is worth every penny. The high-end amenities of the condo were much appreciated. We have stayed in other units that did not provide the amount of necessities this property had (dishsoap, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. - enough for us for the week but a larger group would at least not have to have to get those for a few days at least). So beautiful inside and out. The photos do not do it justice. Walking distance to our favorite restaurant/bars.

Family Getaway

The property was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the renovation happening in the adjoining property -- hammering for 12 hours per day during the week! It really hampered our enjoyment, and certainly impacted the naptime of our grandchildren.

We had a party of 8 adults. There was plenty of space for us to all hang out together, and to be alone when the urge struck. The view from the property is hard to describe, breath-taking! We could see dolphins from the decks. It was hard to leave the house when we ventured out, but there was so much to do when we finally did! Many places to eat within walking distance, and so many activities within in driving distance. The boardwalk provided plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, or listen to music. We will be back! If you need a sign to book a Destin trip, this is it! DO IT!

Even better than the pictures!! Gorgeous view, plenty of family gathering areas, but still “personal spaces,” if you need some alone time. The house is well stocked, tastefully decorated and the location couldn’t be any better! Highly recommend this property! We definitely plan on coming back!!
