Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! Tons of space where everyone had their own bed/bath but also plenty of room to gather together. We were there only a short time so we didn't cook meals, but if we had cooked everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the nice pool and the beach was only a short walk away so that was easily enjoyed as well. Cannot say enough how easy and thorough the communication was with the property manager! We didn't need a thing but if we had she was only a phone call away and very attentive. We can't wait to go back again and stay longer! Highly recommend!

FANTASTIC TIME

The property was great, the entire family had a great time. The three teenage boys enjoyed their secluded time, as we allowed them to stay in the pool house together. We had a minor plumbing issue Saturday evening, but within one hour of contacting the property manager a plumber was at the house and took care of the issue in 15 minutes. The only problem we encountered was the public beach area was very limited and very crowded. Much of the beach which is in walking distance is private. We decided to drive (8mins) to Henderson Beach and had a blast. Staying in the house was me, my wife, our kids and grandkids and we had great family nights in the house. Craig M.

Great getaway!

There were 12 of us total ranging from 1-53 and we had a great time. The pool is a hit w the toddlers and the teenagers and is good to not deal w the sand for a day if wanted. Bette is great communicator!

Great spot

Great location. 1/2 block to beach and 2 blocks to cute coffee shop/lunch spot. Very convenient to groceries and amenities. Pool cabana is perfect for a couple with infant, it has a little kitchenette. Bedrooms in house are large and have nice big closets. Many balconies and areas to be outside. Bette, the property manager was awesome!! She helped with pre trip info about bikes, tennis courts and even tried to find a kennel for my dog. She answered any questions right away while we were staying in the home as well. Overall great experience for our group of 7.

A perfect place for a family get together

We celebrated my husband's 90th with children and a granddaughter (29). Close walk to the beautiful beach, very clean and inviting swimming pool. Comfortable rooms with private bathrooms left you privacy. It was perfect.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

Had the best time staying at this home with my daughter and her friends for spring break. The house was clean and photos of the property are accurate. The cabana was perfect for two moms to share. The pool was great (we had it heated) and we all enjoyed the poolside grill for a few nights. Most important - Bette the property manager is beyond amazing! I can’t say enough about her hospitality and helpfulness. She is an “above and beyond” kind of person all the way. If you report anything to her, it is taken care of immediately. Love her! I would definitely stay at this home again without question. The vibe of the neighborhood - safe, two minute walk from the beach and quiet hours at night. But not super uptight. Abide by the “four cars only” rule. You will get a citation if you block the sidewalk. There is a public parking lot with shops two minutes away that does not tow if you park there. Have fun! Great vacation house

The house was great, we really loved the pool and how close it was to the beach. The only issue we had was that there were some sand in the rooms, and we spotted a cockroach at the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stayed at the house.

The property had lots of very nice amenities and the pool was well kept and clean. The main problem we encountered was the stairs; only 1 bedroom on the first floor and we had 2 singles in our party who have mobility issues. This was not the fault of the property but we just didn't investigate the room locations & layout thoroughly enough. All-in-all the accommodations were fine and as stated. And Bette was excellent!

Bachelorette/40th Bday!

Location was ideal. 2 minute walk to beach and a quick 2 minute drive to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. House is perfect for 10 adults because it allowed everyone to have enough room and 2 per bathroom. We had 10 girls so that was super important. The only thing I wish the property had was beach towels, scissors, tape, notepad, extra trash bags, extra dishwasher tablets. We were only there for 3 nights and had to purchase all of those items and were left with excess.

Property was well maintained. Very short walk to the beach. Easily accessible with a group of several small children. Private pool was a game changer with littles that don’t last long on the beach! Walking distance to food, ice cream, and coffee shop! Great area

Fun times at the beach!

We all had a great week in Destin! The house was wonderful! Beautiful, clean and spacious enough for all 9 of us. The house is very conveniently located....just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and a short drive to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was a total hit with everyone especially my 2 year old granddaughter. The area around the pool is well equipped. There are so many options for seating. We spent a lot of our time around the pool. Bette Bulter, the property manager was so helpful and friendly. Any time I had a question or concern she was right there to handle it. She made planning our vacation and our stay so easy. Our last night in the house, my whole family was asking “when can we come back?” The only thing I would do differently is ...pick up our large grocery order instead of having it delivered. We ended up waiting around too long for the delivery driver our first night. But overall, we’re excited to visit Destin again.
