It was a great place, don’t get me wrong! But be aware the January-February time period is when they prepare for their busy season. All state checks (fire alarms, pest control, elevator, etc) happen during this period. So your stay gets interrupted by this/that.The place is beautiful, and comes with 2 parking spots, which we used frequently with guests. Unfortunately, other people used these spots as well. I took pics and counted a handful of times during our stay alone. We talked to both rental agent and HOA. Was told there was nothing they could do, as they have to write them up before they tow it. We found the HOA by-laws to which it states in such a situation, they would tow. So not sure who to believe. We started parking 1 vehicle on both spots to save for the next vehicle to come, to which they told us we couldn’t do that. It’s frustrating having to park down at the end when you pay so much for the penthouse and are supposed to have access to 2 spots. Cleanliness: it was ok at best. Found a sock, top/shorts from previous renter. The rugs around the beds and the cushions on the ottomans were absolutely filthy. Previous renters must not take off their shoes. It happens, but I would think it would be cleaned before the next renter arrived.Overall… our stay was great! The view was amazing! We plan to go back!
