« I checked into the room as it is closer to airport at about 9 pm. I checked out by 9.10 pm as the sheets were stained, pillows seemed dusty and I could see cockroaches in the room. This was a strict no no for me. At the reception they did state that they could help with room change but I was completely put off. Bathroom looked clean though »

« J’ai séjourné plusieurs jours dans cet hôtel pour le salon Aeroindia. L’hôtel est tout simplement le meilleur dans lequel je suis passé, venant souvent à Bangalore. Le personnel est remarquable, on se sent extrêmement bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner et les restaurants au top et la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bravo pour le management. »

« Whenever I go to Bangalore, I stay at the Vivanta by Taj. I stay in many luxury hôtels all over the world for business travels, and this one has by far the best and friendliest service! They go above and beyond the call of duty to make guests feel at home and special. I also appreciate the wooden floors and Windows that open (prevents that musty old carpet smell so many hôtels have). They are currently rennovating, but informed me of this before my stay.
