„FABULOUS STAY!!! Todd was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were both tidy and having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our pup. Incredible peaceful location overlooking Prescott with a quick walk to downtown while not being in the thick of the nightlife. We'll be back for sure:)“

„This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself.“

The house was one of the most well appointed that we’ve ever stayed in property manager had taken the time to label all the drawers and closets so that finding items was extremely easy with recommended without reservations for two couples or a family who is coming to Prescott.“

„This was our third time in Cottonwood! This cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the historic district. The cottage is very clean and cozy! We only used the master bedroom, and the linens and bed were very comfortable! We appreciated the snacks that were left for us! Signs posted throughout the house gave directions for how to use various items. One of the main reasons we picked this rental was because it is dog friendly! There are dog bowls, dog treats, and dog blankets! ...

„We love this property and have stayed there before. It is spacious and spotless and very conveniently located to downtown Prescott and the lakes. We can walk to the restaurants and shops and also relax at the home which has a beautiful outdoor deck.The owners provide full information in advance and are available if you need to contact them during your stay.
