„My door would not lock, both from the inside and the outside. There was a second kind of lock (that it can only open a few cm), it was alright. The staff (only Spanish) was really kind and I could check in early without extra charge. The free tea was also nice.“

If you want any sleep, don't accept a room facing the alley in front of the hotel! Local drunks use it as their assembly ground to drink until late in the night and the windows of the room have a gap in-between them, so there's zero sound isolation from the street. I could barely sleep a few hours..“

„Staff was very friendly, location was great, clean and in the midst of all the excitement of Aguas Callientes. Hotel is situated amongst other hotels/apartment buildings; distance between buildings is a narrow alley. My room was on the 4th floor (btw, no elevator so be ready to be walk up some flights)…Either my next door neighbors brought their Xbox and were playing “Call of Duty” with the blaring sound of machine guns and the volume turned up high or it was the residents who lived across the ...

„We stayed with our family. Its a really nice location. We left our bags here while we went to Machu Picchu. Adter it was a 5 minute walk to get our bags and then another 5 minutes to go to the train station.“

„The room was very clean and good enough for the purpose of going to Machu Picchu. We were lucky as we got one of the rare rooms that have a window to the outside of the building. The breakfast was okay but does not match the pictures. The staff was friendly and nice but we felt a little exploited as they wanted to sell us water for way more than it actually cost - the price was clearly written next to water bottles but they wanted us to pay almost twice as much because the prices were apparently ...

„Wonderful place close to the bus“
