« Our stay at Heuvel villa was nothing short of perfect!! The villa surpassed expectations in terms of how comfortably, stylish and well located it was. Warren was exceptionally attentive and the chef made a delicious breakfast for us every morning considering our dietary requests. We loved exploring Kandy and nearby Knuckles mountains on this trip and look forward to coming back again! »

« Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful
Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided :
- we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...
