„The home wasn’t clean and we couldn’t get in. We are on top of a mountain with zero reception to call the property manager because we were locked out. The ceiling leaked every time the kids showered upstairs and the house wasn’t clean. We had to call and pack up so the cleaners could come after we checked in. They took pillow cases from our pillows and replaced them with starched rough white ones. It was not an over all great experience with all the issues we faced. “

„The host was very good. She was very informative. The house was beautiful and very roomy for the family. I did try to light a fire , but found the lighters were unusable and there were only two matches. As she informed us ahead of time, the road up was very challenging. Maybe a few more directional signs would help. The views were spectacular, and the surrounding areas were as well. Besides the lack of lighters, we had everything we could need.
