This bright and airy unit boasts stunning, unobstructed views of Lake Dillon—views that truly can’t be beat—along with sunshine pouring in throughout the day. The open living space is perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains, while the private deck offers a front-row seat to alpine scenery. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, complete with an en suite bathroom and its own private deck, making mornings and evenings especially peaceful. With two full bathrooms in the unit, everyone can spread out and unwind with ease.

Guests also enjoy access to the community hot tub and sauna, perfect for soothing tired muscles after exploring all that Summit County offers. The Marina Place complex is a quiet, scenic setting while still being close to everything Dillon has to offer.

Located in the heart of Dillon, CO, this condo places you right in the middle of all the world-class skiing that surrounds Summit County. Within a short drive, you can be at Keystone Resort, Arapahoe Basin, or Copper Mountain, chasing powder and all the winter fun! Our unit also puts you within a quick drive to local Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge too. There is year-round adventure to enjoy here, whether it's skiing or snowboarding in the mountains during Winter, boating on Lake Dillon in the summer, or leaf peeping on all the local hikes/trails in the Fall. Whether you’re here for snow, sunshine, or scenery, this location delivers it all.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
