„The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again“

„Property is in ideal location. Located on 5th floor. Building is quiet. Area is tourist location so the blowing of horns was my only irritant but this is Jamaica. I felt comfortable there and able to cook and enjoy the view from the apartment balcony. The beach is close and needed a pass to get through the gate to access the beach. "At the beginning of our trip, we gave the staff and the swrvise 5 stars. Unfortunately this changed after 4 days. Apparently we hadn't tipped enough. At the pool the food was no longer brought to the table, you were called to pick it up. Also at dinner you had to ask for coffee and drinks in the 2nd half of your stay. Ovrr 170$ for a massage is definitely too expensive. Otherwise the food etc was good for the price."
