« Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. Simple South Indian fare (recommend paying up Rs. 100 for the Mulbagal dosa served at the buffet as a special order from the dosa corner in the same building). « I booked and prepaid my stay at this hotel about a week prior and had it confirmed. When I arrived, they refused to check me in because I was a foreigner. They claimed they aren't licensed to accommodate international/foreign visitors. They argued that they tried to call me, but I could not be reached.
