Check-in hat ohne Probleme schnell geklappt. Pool auf Terrasse. Uber war schnell vor Ort. Das Hotel war allgemein sehr sauber bei der Ankunft. Die Reibungskräfte haben ordentlich aufgeräumt.

Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. Got to the room and was overwhelmed by the stink of perfume. I’m not sure if it’s a carpet ‘deodorizer’ the cleaners use or what but it was revolting. The room had no way to open a window and let fresh air in and so we just had to breathe through our mouths until the time we left. On the ceiling of our room was a random purple sticker. Not sure how it got there or why. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain and the toilet continued to leak after every flush unless you took the time to rattle the flush buttons or remove the flush button faceplate, jiggle things again, and replace the faceplate. We were in the room for fewer than 8 hours, start to finish, as we had a long layover mid-journey to Europe. Overall, we were grateful to have showers and get some sleep, but the hotel experience wasn’t something I’d be in a hurry to do again.

Absolutely incredible hotel for the price. Spacious room, very friendly front desk staff. Wifi in room was 400 Mbps up/down!! Insane.

A fuir...Horrible
Notre vol est arrivé sur Doha à 23h00 comme prévu pour une escale de 9h00, nous avons prix un taxi jusqu'à cet hotel et malgré notre reservation,l'hotel a décidé d'annuler notre reservation car pour eux le chek-in doit etre fait avant 18h00..!! N'importe quoi. Et bien entendu plus de chambre disponible. Discution pendant 1h avec eux, mais pas de solution. On s'est retrouver à 0h00 dans les rue de Doha sans hotel!!! Du coup retour à l'aéroport, où on a dû entendre notre vol sur des chaises.. merci !

Wasted opportunity to gain a customer
The hotel in general is OK. The price was good for World cup times, and has everything we needed for those days. The problem was because of the support given to an agreement for a late check out, that the reception / manager, I think didn't manage well. They requested a lot amount of money, in any case I accepted, because needed to stay longer, but they did not respect my resting time, doing calls asking for confirmation in the morning, pushing for me to leave before the time agreed, besides some cleanliness issues with a big stain on the carpet in front of my room 307, noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom. This opportunities for this kind of hotels to be known in this particular case was totally wasted, and I will NEVER come back.

I loved my stay at this place, the staff were very friendly. The amenities were great all around. This place deserves more stars than it has. The only downfall is the location. It is not in a new area of Qatar
