« This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

« We had a wonderful week at this beautiful riverfront home! The ammenities are wonderful! The weather was quite rainy, but we caught some sunny times to enjoy the river between showers. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed shooting pool on the round table. Thank you to the owner for the prompt response in having a fallen tree removed! The tree fell during a storm and we were thankful no one was hurt and it did not damage the house or our vehicles. The nice man who removed the tree did quick work...

« They have excellent customer service and the host is a very kind and considerate person! We couldn’t believe the price for the area! Hands down, no one even comes close to the price! If you want a great bargain and don’t need expensive frills then I highly recommend this. It’s close to beautiful hiking trails, antique shops, outdoors sporting, parks, and some towns that aren’t too far (without paying the tourist trap prices). The tv service and WiFi were a plus. « Chad's Place was very clean and spacious. We visited for a family reunion so didn't spend a lot of time there but hope to return. »

« We arrived at night to the cabin, trust the google map directions as clicked from the website. The key was in the lockbox as instructed and we were able to settle in nicely. When we woke up we were surprised to find an enormous green pasture behind the cabin with the river just behind the pasture. It was so beautiful! « Lovely property in a small quiet town. No need to bring extra home items. It was well stocked. Close grocery store to pick up food and drink items. Blackwater Falls Park minutes away to enjoy or walk/run along town river path. Prompt response from owner with a question. Highly recommend! »

« A beautiful spot, the location was spectacular, other than the two mile trail getting to the house it didn’t help that it snowed the night before making it a little interesting getting down the mountain. The only thing I was a little bit sad with the American flag outside. It was very tattered. Being a veteran and a member of a VFW I dispose of it in a the proper way. We all enjoy our stay and it’s a beautiful place. »

With a well-stocked kitchen, roomy living area and bedrooms, fireplace and wood stove, and fun indoor pool/poker table/skee ball available, the house suited the chilly mornings and evenings in mid-March. The location allowed us to explore interesting places/restaurants in Davis, Thomas, Blackwater Falls area, and Timberline Mt. We found Yeti’s Den the perfect central spot for family members from three states to meet and make new memories! »
