« Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation. »

« Absolutely gorgeous location. Natural hideaway setting, outside of Mancos proper, the area is secluded and pastoral, with amazing views. The unit has mini splits for cooling and heating, and a sweet music set up. Across the driveway is a larger rental, so know that you will be sharing the grounds with others. One star off because the bed linens had some stains, but really a minor quibble. I would stay here again or better yet, rent the larger unit. »

« WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. The issue was not that the unit lacked air conditioning — that was expected. « Awesome place to stay while in Cortez or visiting Mesa Verde NP. Easy check in and the home was so cozy. The bed was definitely a 10/10. It was great having our own patio, hot tub, bbq and fire pit. It was very peaceful and quiet and wish I could have stayed longer! The property itself was just beautiful!
