« The Casino and Grandstand/Races were very nice. Smoking was allowed, but in the casino ventilation was good so it was tolerable. Our room was very nice & comfortable. Too bad we were given a room with a view of the roof & maintenance facilities. Should have changed but we opted not to since we were only in the room to sleep. »

« I was first given an ADA room. I do not like taking those rooms from others that actually need it. The staff changed the room after trying to convince me that my reservation required it. He then gives me an “upgraded” room that clearly wasn’t an upgrade. The room was decent but the toilet and bathtub were dirty. The shower head was also very loose. I’d give this overall experience a B-. »

« Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine...
