Checked in and the room the gave us had not been cleaned since last guests. Beds were obviously slept in and there was trash. Went to the desk and the attendant advised it was the last queen room avaliable so she would go clean it. She left the desk and there were other people waiting to check in. After 20ish minutes a second employee came out, checked in the other customer and then advised she had a different queen room for us. She advised she had marked the first room as clean because they had been cleaning the rooms on that floor before she went to lay down for a nap due to working the night before. We got to our new room and everything was fine until we tried to take showers in the morning and found that the shower head had absolutely no water pressure. It was more effective to sit down and wash the soap off from the bath faucet which had plenty of pressure. Then when we were leaving we pressed the call button for the only elevator. We could hear the elevator reach the floor but the doors never opened. After 2-3 minutes we pressed the call button again and the doors opened and the lift had clearly been sitting there the whole time. Very disappointed in a hotel that was supposedly built just last year.
