« Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the location is great and a lot of efforts have been put in the decoration and facilities, giving us the feel of an authentic Siheyuan with all the modern comfort. Rooms are spacious and perfectly equiped. We particularly liked the small private patio that added calm and privacy. The staff is amazing, kind, efficient and very attentionate, we even had a wonderful tea time and treats during our stay and loved the small happy birds singing. A very nice place...

« Exceptionnel. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, l'emplacement. Si vous recherchez un hôtel sur Pékin choisissez celui-ci. Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, les chambres sont décorées avec goût, la salle de bain est très grande avec douche et baignoire. Nous avions une chambre en rez de chaussée au calme. L'hôtel possède une grande terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, on vous propose même le nettoyage de vos vêtements gratuitement. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. »
