« Pet-friendly location, ideal if you want to explore the surrounding areas of outstanding beauty. As advertised, it backs into a busy A road so don't expect to be able to relax in the garden for long. Once the doors are windows are shut though the noise from the road is hardly noticeable inside. Property was clean and as advertised, easy to access. Communication with the host was minimal but very efficient. Host provided bread, milk, butter, jam, tea and coffee, a very nice touch and very useful...

« We stayed at the lodge with my elderly parents, who both have mobility issues. Its a highly accessible property all round. The ground floor bedroom has an excellent sized wet room & the bed has a rising mattress on one side which was very handy for my Father. Becky is a great host, meeting us on arrival & leaving us a welcome gift of homemade cakes & a lovely bottle of wine. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside. We would definitely loke to visit again »

« Cormorant View is a lovely house to stay in, it was clean and tidy, although some of the picture frames were in need of dusting. The views from the windows in the lounge and main bedroom are spectacular and it iwas a pleasure to wake up and see birds opposite.We had 7 people staying and while there were enough items in the kitchen, there were only 8 tea/coffee cups and 8 forks, some additional forks and mugs would have been useful. « My family (of 5 adults) stayed at this very comfortable house as a base for attending a family wedding. It is spacious and well equipped inside and has lots of garden furniture and nice features outside. Close to the beach and shops and with private parking. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. »

« Spent 3 nights in Batty’s barn for a wedding where our family stayed in all 3 properties on the farm. The farm is beautiful with loads of colours from the wild flowers. The welcome basket with bread, butter, jam etc was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Ed was super helpful so much so member of the wedding party broke down in the day of the wedding and he helped bringing the family member to the wedding venue being a true life saver! Beds were lovely and comfy and the house was lovely...

« Absolutely fantastic property, clean, well presented and the location was brilliant.The check in was very easy, I was met by the lovely ladies who are part of the team and they were so helpful and accommodating, I can’t recommend them highly enough, 10/10I will 100 percent use them again and also would rent the 3 Yard again, my experience was stress free and I was extremely happy with my experience from start to finish.Many thanksGary »

« Très calme, très bien aménagé, accueil très cordial, je recommande vivement cette location. L'appartement a été refait et équipé récemment, l'ameublement est chaleureux, les équipements tout à fait pratiques. Mais ce que nous avons le plus apprécié est le calme parfait du lieu, en pleine campagne mais néanmoins pratique et bien situé pour visiter ce coin d'Angleterre. Un grand merci à nos hôtes ! »
