But close enough to Fredericksburg for it not to be a long trip to go to town.10 out of 10 definitely would stay again when I'm in the area. »

« Really nice place. Inside the house smelled like a skunk had maybe sprayed a while back, but it’s the country. Something had chewed through a wire and killed the hot water heater, leaving us without hot water for the first night. However, we got in late and didn’t discover until the morning. The host took care of it right away and allowed us to use the property a few yards away to shower. The problem was fixed wildly fast. The property is quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Would totally stay again. »

« It is the cutest farm feel. We stayed on the back porch overlooking an open field with sheep. Tuco was the best dog and so sweet. Such a relaxing place. The breakfast fixings were such a nice touch. »

« Poor communication regarding checkin via text vs email vs third party website, even after 2 calls and a visit to office; would be helpful to know absolute check in at 4 pm as opposed to potential early check in- even when the room was clean and there was only one other room checked in and in a 20 unit complex; didn’t receive text for check in until 7:30 at night and had to call at 4 pm again to get check-in code as it went through messages at Expedia instead of Notifications and I had no access...
