Familienhotels Douala

„It’s a very clean hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel so I had no expectations, but it’s super clean , well maintained, great staff also. The breakfast has a very small selection but all juices are fresh. They exceeded my expectations“

„It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service “

„Very nice and clean environment, rooms are big with enough space. Customer service is perfect. Receptionist are bilingual and answer your questions as expected.“

„Shops nearby“

„Welcoming staff and clean property, I will definitely come back.“

„it's very good it's nice stuff they are helpful.“
