Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Great location for our needs, close proximity to family in Saugatuck. Pool area was heavenly, quiet and clean. Condo was clean and simple, and offered all that we needed to be comfortable. We did find evidence of pup pups having been guests, and we had to sweep the place. But other than that minor issue, the condo was perfect. Overall, a lovely stay in Douglas. Would 100% stay again

The check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am. Read that again. You are paying a premium and they are shaving off a day of your stay. The water smells. But otherwise it was ok. Meh.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Kommunikation
So I hate leaving Bad reviews… upon check in there were dead crickets at the entrance of the door( inside). Cob webs present. And dirty floors. The ceilings are thin because I could hear the person above snoring during the night and hear the ceilings creaking when that person was walking around. I found medication on the floor at the foot of the bed. We could not sit outside because the birds had taken their liberties on the furniture and exterior walls- disgusting! In the middle of the night I kept hearing a chirping sound that sounded like a smoke alarm when it needs a battery and turns out it was another cricket, live this time.I think the worst part is I wrote the property management’s team and gave them 3 days to respond and they have not reached out. The good things- good water pressure and the bed was clean otherwise I may have left. Hope they rectify the problems and do better at communication. Shame it’s a nice area
