« It just said breakfast but there was none and there was nothing to do there »

« Great place to stay in Ruston, well located and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. »

« The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only down fall was some of the pillow cases were stained and placed on the bed. We just placed them on the couch. »

« John was so welcoming and the house was so cozy and comfortable. He gave me several restaurant recommendations in the area that were great. There was a shopping area with antique stores and unique shops that were close. Would definitely stay again! »

« I don’t usually give reviews but Hamilton House was truly exceptional. The rooms are incredibly clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast is prepared fresh….no powdered eggs or cereal. You will feel like you’re at home only better! Highly recommend! »

« Hotel bien entretenu, chambre propres. Personnel a la réception compétent. Petit déjeuner copieux mais par contre je regrette l'absence de thé. Il n'y en avait pas non plus dans les chambres. »

« Room upgraded due to room I selected wasn’t available. Parking at room had extra wide spots so no tight quarters to get luggage out. Area around hotel was congested due to single lane road, with Sam’s and Lowe’s located near by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a waffle and other grab and go items. No juice bar. Had orange juice in jug in refrigerator. Really a busy weekend for the entire town with several events going on. Overall happy with our stay »

« The front lobby staff was super kind when I arrived and very courteous. However I had an issue with my room key not working so I was unable to leave unless I went and got office staff to let me in the room was not all as clean as well. There was hair in the bed as well as gnats in the sink and there was also food on the wall as well I guess that previous guest dropped but wasn’t clean up. The office staff was kind enough to accommodate me during my stay however I just won’t be returning this...

« Had a pretty good stay. Only issues was the mini p Fridge wasnt cold enough even on high setting and couldnt see aout the window due to hard water stains and mildew(i think).. breakfast just wasnt hitting...room was cleanbed was clean even under a black light. Temp of room was good. Tried to call hotell 4 times the day of and got no answer.. sent email throug expedia.. still no answer.. outside conditions needs improving.. inside was nice and welcoming.. »
