„The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and we were able to walk to all places. Asheville is a beautiful town filled with local businesses. Biltmore Estate is only a 5 minutes car ride. The car park next to the hotel was 20,-$ per day which is a good price for the location. Everybody at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. “

„Tolles Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Fühlt sich gar nicht nach Hotel an, sondern nach eigener Wohnung. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich allerdings nach einem Zimmer im 3rd floor (oberstes Stockwerk)fragen. Dadurch dass es sich um einen Altbau handelt ist die Trittschalldämmung nicht besonders gut.“

„We took our dog for a walkable trip in downtown. The property is very appealing and clean. The only option for parking is valet, which was easy and prompt. The food service staff and housekeeping staff were both friendly and professional. The room was quiet, our request about room location was honored, and we were provided everything we asked for from the staff. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in downtown Asheville. “

„I thought this was an excellent hotel, clean, nice rooms, bed was acceptable, not my bed at home but it was acceptable. Starbucks was right next door and we could walk to the Texas Roadhouse which allowed my husband and I both to be able to enjoy some adult beverages since we could walk back to the hotel. My only complaint was the coffee in the reception area was empty at 6pm Saturday and the hand sanitizer bottles near the elevator were empty for our whole 2 night stay but everything else was ...
