„Sehr schönes Haus. Mit viel Flair. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Raumaufteilung, insbesondere das WC neben der Küche mit einer provisorischen Tür. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße kann bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut sein. Einmalig ist der Wasserfall und der separate Sitzplatz im hinteren Bereich des Hauses sogar mit einer separaten Feuerstelle die sicherlich zu gemütlichen Runden einlädt.
