« This is a really great location if you want to be in the heart of San Diego. Great for conferences and site seeing! It is a bit loud but tolerable given your right downtown. Some outdoor common spaces were nice. My only issue was that the shower didn't get super hot but worked well. I would stay again! »

« Property was very clean and comfortable. I chose it because I like old buildings and proximity to public transportation: buses on Broadway or trolley on C St go to airport, Balboa Park, Ocean Beach and Old Town. Hosts were great in communicating with me every step of the way. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed TV in the evening. Important to know that this apartment is in front of the building on 5th Avenue where there are a lot of night clubs. My mother and I are sound sleepers,...

« Very clean, spacious, definitely an old building with an odd smelling elevator (not in the apartment) and some sloped floors. The apartment is delightful, right in the heart of the Gaslamp District, and the hosts were great with communication. Would stay there again :) »

« Clean space, great communication with the host and they were very accommodating and loved how parking was included! Walkable neighborhood, best for friends and couples, being around restaurants and night life. »

« The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The parking space was key since the garages around there are very expensive and street parking is hard to come by. Their is a pretty big homeless population there, however, so that is something to be aware of. »
