Dommage qu'il ait fallu se débrouiller tout seuls avec les infos données pour l'arrivée (très claires au demeurant) alors même que les propriétaires étaient sur place et ne sont pas sortis pour nous accueillir. Il nous a fallu faire nous mêmes le lit de notre fils et demander les serviettes de toilette pour lui »

Aber Nespresso Kapselmaschine im Zimmer. Die Lage! Sind in der Früh um 8 zur Arlington zum Fotografieren (nicht mal 5 Mi uten zu Fuß) und hatten die für uns alleine! »

« We loved our stay at Cotteswold house. The cottage we stayed in was extremely cosy and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The owners were responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay there again. »

« The Bell Inn was gorgeous it would have received a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the staffing issues. Housekeeping had failed to turn up that day and they hadn’t realised until nearly checking time so we never got into our room until 5.45. The staff dealt with this delay professionally and we were served with complimentary drinks. This caused us a bit of an issue as we had to leave at 6.15 for a meal elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again if in this area. »

« The menu was limited, expensive and some dishes were poor. The room “Brewery” was small, limited storage, no fridge, tired decor and UNBEARABLY HOT. However must commend the staff for working through the heatwave. Particular thanks goes to Courtney who was extremely helpful and friendly. In summary hotel should investigate the installation of air conditioning or the use of portable air conditioning units for the summer months. The food menu/prices should be reviewed, The decor in the Brewery...
