« Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

« The property was light, bright and comfortably cool thanks to the thoughtful turning on of the airconditioning before our arrival on a warm day. Beautifully presented and comfortable, we had a lovely stay, breakfasting on the side deck and reading in the lounge area which overlooks the town. Attactions and places to dine are only a couple of minutes drive away, and the nature reserve behind the property was a perfect place for a morning walk. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Jane was an excellent host and communicator and happily accommodated a special request we had. Beds comfortable and clean. Ample towels, kitchen appliances and heating and cooling options. Gardens and outdoor area very private and pretty, perfect for relaxing. Proximity to town is great and easily walked.
