« We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back! »

« This is the best VRBO experience I've had! The apartment was spotless and the amenities were far beyond what one might expect: large smartTV, ability to do laundry, comfortable furniture, nice towels. There were so many nice little details in the decor and the supplies, both in the kitchen and throughout the apartment! After a long drive, it was nice to come in and enjoy a cold drink from the fridge. Todd was very prompt with all communication and access to the apartment was extremely easy. ...

The easy river access was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing or heading out for a float, it couldn’t have been more convenient.
